Aliss Ecommerce
Client: Aliss is one of the largest department stores in Panama, with stores in over 5 countries, a leader in the Americas and the Caribbean, and more than 60 years in the market.
Challenges: He faced significant challenges when he decided to implement his e-commerce due to his need to integrate multiple systems: ERP, ecommerce, PIM and content drive. Additionally, it needed a system that will promote data intermediation for its management logic of multiple stores (different brands), multi-currencies, and multiple languages, as well as the translation between the ERP and the Frontend at the category level. At the automation level, it needed an orchestrator that would synchronize its catalogs, sales management, and the exchange of data between systems.
